XO Laptop to Run Windows
Pretty much everyone could actually "use" this computer. I'm a college student and i write papers, do accounting work with spread sheet apps, instant message with friends, browse the internet, watch mpeg4 videos, listen to music, and walk around with the confidence that my computer won't break if i drop it. There is also the advantage of battery life which extends far beyond any laptop that is in the sub $500 range. I will admit that there are certain drawbacks, the keyboard is on the small size and the screen size makes having more than two windows open at once rather cramped, but that would be a problem for any laptop this size, such as the EEEPC. The addition of XP to this very flexible platform will allow many more people to "use" these devices w/o the learning curve required by Linux (although this is not a great inconvenience if one is willing to read)
