Ebay is opening the shooting gallery for the scammers and crooks. Ebay/PayPal protection is nothing more than a commitment to refund the purchase amount from the seller's account to the buyers account. A buyer can pay for an item with their credit card and then claim "not received" "not as described" "charge not made by an authorized user." Most of the time Ebay will not fight the credit card company and the seller is screwed. Now, Ebay is wanting to open the turkey shoot to international transactions. This will be a blood bath for sellers that buy into the world market. If ya think the US has scammers, wait until you see what is over seas. The new changes that include rate increases and a feedback system that is stacked in favor of the buyer are unreasonable. A buyer cannot receive a negative feedback. No early warning for sellers. Ebay says they will ban buyers with "3" non-pay strikes. In other words, Ebay will allow a buyer to steal 3 times before banning them.

I have been buying from ebay for several years & never to date have I had a bad expereince never buy from some one with low or no feedback rating and your safe.

I don't think i'm the one with my head in the sand? all you have to do is check the dates of feedback and the length of time a seller or buyer have been member.and most of the sellers I have used didn't have 100% more like 95%-98% you can never please every one and they will leave bad feedback for any reason.such as the postal system being slow to believer an item.but as stated before I - me - myself, have NEVER had a bad experience from an eaby seller,and any good seller will email comunicate with you if there is an issue I have resolved 2 small issues this way with out the need for ebay to get involved.in the end I recieved a great product as stated by the seller in his add.I suspect by your user name you need to sell your wares on another web site than ebay & maybe you will be a happy seller again.lol G4acre
