time management tool needed

i need a time management tool like a calender tool that is free, any recomenndations? I want it to be free also and a online copy and hard drive copy, or both

you can easy find online .almost of them are charge you 10 usd

I know this is not exactly a "Calendar" type, but Rescue Time records the amount of time you spend on each and every program. Stats are stored online, you can view them anytime, and a weekly summary is e-mailed to you.

Yes it is completely free!
