You can delete anyfile using a freeware application
called
MoveOnBoot 1.95
http://download.softpedia.ro/dl/eafd2f0032d5e7fda00ef302257fe382/48693a6c/100001398/software/SYSTEM/moveonb.msi
Select any file and then reboot and it will be deleted
