We need LESS goverment in our lifes, not more, they haven't prove it has keep us save, only going into privite people lifes

People should be careful of any court decisions. Some balance has to be found between using this technique and abusing this technique. Completely not allowing them to track people would be a mistake, and allowing cops to arrest or even stalk anyone they think may be a suspect without probable cause would also be a mistake.

Why not make this nifty service voluntary and easy to turn on or off by the cell phone customer?
