I downloaded Foxit a few months ago, and I my sense of awe is almost as high as when I first started using the PDF format (last century folks). For such a small memory profile, Foxit accomplishes much and doesn't fall over nearly as much as Adobe's offering. It loads up lightening fast and just feels nicer. It's search bar is a little intrusive, but that is easy enough to turn off.

I agree with the last comment. Foxit Reader kills Adobe Reader. It would be good if it was more widely used. If I am asked to work on a friends PC it is one of the first things I change for them. People are amazed at the difference it makes in terms of speed and memory usage.
