Re: Post you "shutdown" times here
Hey Piyush!!
If you are to get a new HDD , why not make it worth your while
and and get a 750 or a 1T and get it over with.
FLASHORN.

500gig is final and i have reasons for it.
This drive wont be a data drive but a backup drive. It will contains clones of my main system (250GB) and the older P3 (20+80GB) , that takes up 350 on paper. Rest i may use for not so important things.
I would trouble rgreen with this as he has experience with ghosting but this would be a little complicated coz two PCs backup will be dumped onto one drive , the main pc is already dual booted with a linux OS and the 150GB remaining will alos have to accommodate another linux OS apart from backup and some data. So its all calculated to get the most appropriate size.
You would ask whats the problem with a bigger drive ? The problem is that then i would start putting more data on the newer drive(as no one like space wasted) and this data wont have any backup. So to restrict myself , the size is limited . I hope all this makes some sense. lol
