Adding Drop-down Menu Commands


In Outlook, the Deleted Items folder in the Folder List has a "Empty Deleted Items Folder" command in the folder's right-click drop-down menu. Clicking on the command empties the contents of the folder. How can I add a similar command to another folders in Outlook's Folder List?

i havent heard of being able to modify the outlook context/right click menu

but drag and drop works just fine for me, or the selecting and hitting the delete key
