I want to banish trojan horses SHeur.CCXR, JS/Downloader.Agent, and Adload_r.AQ

Hi Gang: For years, I barely knew what malware was. In the last few days, I founf out . Ironically, I just got a new Dell PC that is still sitting in the box. I want to give this old computer to some charity, but first I want to get rid of this problem with trojan horses.

The problems started 2-3 days when my PC got infected with SHeur.CCXR, which spewed out unwanted program after pregram. Then came JS/downloader.agent and downloader.agent.AJH

I finally got rid of these mean horses with the free version of AVG. My PC seems to be running ok now, but with my lastest AVG scans, I am still stuck with trojan horse Adload_r.AQ. I quarantine and soon delete it. In the next scan, the horse keeps returning. How dost thou get rid of this? Your help is greatly appreciated.

http://forums.pcworld.com/images/emoticons/grin.gif Hi :

Hopefully any Charity you give the computer to will have some Expert scan it for malware;

since you want to help them I recommend you install, update, then run the "Full Scan" of

2 of the Best ( and FREE ) antiSPYWARE/antiTROJAN programs, namely

"SUPERAntiSpyware" from http://www.superantispyware.com/ and Malwarebytes '

Anti-Malware, best downloaded from http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php .
