I am having trouble receiving attachments from an individual using e-mail of a university abroad. The individual is at a loss as to how to make the inquiry of the university's computer adminstrator and I don't really want to fiddle with my system to lower the standard because of what may sneak in.

Neither of us has any trouble e-mailing the other and I do not have any problem sending attachments. The problem is receiving them without the dreaded "Secure Connection Failed" notice.

Any thoughts???????
