What is the best software to burn Tivo to DVD on XP.

I'm using a trial version of Video ReDo to burn Tivo to DVD on XP. It works, But is slow. Is there anything better/faster ?Or should I buy the Video ReDo? Also I can only burn 45 minutes on a Inkjet DVD+R disc. Should I be using some other disc? I'm using a Pioneer DVR-112D burner.

define slow, most dvd burning programs only burn at 2.5-3x max

i'm not sure about any free video dvd burning software (but a short google should fix that)
