AntiVirus is part of a Security Suite. Security suties can also include anti-spam, malware, and firewall components. For example, Norton Internet Security includes a firewall, anti-spam as well as anti-virus so that other factors are also being factored in here.

Also, note that the Security Suites were tested May 25, 2006 while the Anti-virus was January 25, 2006 which is a few months of difference.

What's best depends on a number of things since while you could use an all-in-one suite, you could also pick and choose the best in each category and make your own suite in a sense.
