Re: weather channel on desktop
Have you tried Add/Remove programs ? Also, you can try Windows Explorer and do a search for Weather Channel and delete everything that comes up in there, then run disk clean. You can also download and run revo Uninstaller, it is free and does a good job. coastie65

Re: weather channel on desktop

:D Hi Rob :

To Best help you it would be wise to know EXACTLY WHAT you have ; to determine that I

recommend you download a program called "HijackThis" from

http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis ; get the latest 2.0.2 Version . Assuming you

are successful in "installing" that program, then start it and click the "Open the Misc Tools

section" button, then click the "Open Uninstall Manager" button. A "List" should appear .

Then computer "copy, then paste" that "List" in your next Post here . And we will go from

there .

Re: weather channel on desktop
I've had that on my Desk top in the past, but decided i didn't want it as it was sort of intrusive. I now have it book marked in my favorites for quick access. I don't recall having any particular problem getting rid of it though. coastie
