With Neverwinter Nights, You can go into the console and the editor and change your character among other things. In the Elder Scrolls stuff. you go into the editor and there is a room with every item in the game which includes Armor & Weapons. That's cheating, but works. In Neverwinter Nights, I guess you could put a beard on a female character when you are designing the character. Sounds like something my nephew would do. I have started Fable : The lost Chapters on here, but never got too far into it. My Nephew completed it, although he skipped over most of the side quests. He wasn't too thrilled when he found out that Fable 2 was for the Xbox.

I would think my character would be happy with whatever sex I started it out as, and not want on a sex change later.
