Easyshare C513 Import Videos

i have C513 and need to import vids , picasa 3 won't foer some reason, what program can i use easyshare won't work.

help

how do you connect the camera to the computer? usb cable or card reader?

ok, hook the camera up to the computer and goto my computer

click on start > select my computer

your camera should show up as a removable disk - double click on it > double click on the DCIM folder > double click on the next folder > your pictures and videos should be accessible for cut/copy into your favorite location for storing pics & vids
