Looking for an online tool to see my data leaks

2 years ago I used an online tool offerred by a security website to evaluate what they found about my identity when I connected. I have been unable to find that site again. I have looked thru PCWorld site and found nothing referenced.

Most of the data leaked came from my boot sector. I was very surprised by what I found revealed.

Anyone have a URL that would do the job?
