How do I delete A System folder?

I am selling my PC and I was able to change the registration name in windows to his. But I am having a problem with the folder where all files are saved, I can't change the name or delete it. It is under the "documents & settings" folder and it has my name on it. There are 2 other folders in this section, one is called "all users" and the other is called "shared". Everytime you save something it forces you to put it in the folder with my name on it. Can anyone help?

Just factory restore the PC. A startup disc should have come with the pc, allowing you the options of re-installing windows, factory restoring your computer, or restoring your PC to an earlier restore point. Then use a shredder program (completely removes any trace of a file) and run it over the free space of your hard drive a couple of times. After that, just do another factory restore.
