Where is Robert McMillan?

From the Feb. issue page 61.......under 'gotcha' there appears to be a person named Robert McMillan, who I cannot find anywhere by searching PCW. I have a handy suggestion for him in re: his note on forced renewals. It appears I should presume he is not on the PCW payroll....but I still have this killer suggestion.
What to do?

Hi there,

Sorry that it took me a couple days to get back to you on this... as you can imagine, things have been busy this week.

Robert McMillan works for IDG News Service, not PC World directly. This is why you did not find his contact information on the PC World staff list.

I am not sure how he prefers to be contacted, but I will send him a link to this post and get back to you.
