When I purchased my Dell laptop, I received 2 upgrades: Office 2007 and Vista.

First, the Office upgrade arrived around the end of January and was for Office Basic, I was under the impresion that it would be Office Standard. If I upgrade, I loose PowerPoint.

Second, Iast I heard from Dell was that it I would not receive the Vista Upgrade until the middle of March. Now that is what I call Express.

I really feel cheated on both upgrades. The least that they could do is waive the shipping fee for the Vista Upgrade. I really doubt it costs $ 10.00 to ship.
