Upgrading my system.

I am currently running my gaming system off a HP base with an ATI Radeon X1650 pro 512MB, 768MB ram, and a 1.8 GHz Athalon XP 2200+ The system bus is only 266MHz. I am curious if a new motherboard (with a higher system bus) would be a significan increase, also is 1.8GHz the highest my processor can naturally run at without overclocking? Also, I need a power supply to run my graphics card fully, but its not a standard size power supply, its larger than a baby ATX but smaller thann a full sized tower ATX, 350 watts is what im shootin for but not looking to spend much over 50 bucks, know anywhere I might find one?

Considering that if you manage to find a motherboard which is compatible with the RAM you have in your current system, and which will fit in your case, etc, etc , etc, it will probably be cheaper in the long run to buy a new low end to mid level computer, which will almost certainly be faster than what you have now IMHO.
