A 300-page iPhone Bill?
Wow!!! 30,000 messages per month?! Either it's a fam. plan or this person has no life and does not ever sleep. Think about it, 30,000 messages a month averages about 1000 messages per day. Divide that by the 24 hrs there are in a day and you're looking at roughly 41 or 42 messages an hour. Granted that this person never sleeps, or somehow manages to text while asleep.

Okay, so I guess if there were someone behind the scenes checking to see what kind of phone you have so they know whether to default you to account summary or detailed statement that could create what?? 10-15 jobs? Get real people. Everything is automated in todays world and a computer isn't going to know that just because you have an iPhone that your bill is going to look like that. Besides....like the ATT Spokesperson said, they do have paperless available...Almost ALL companies do. I don't get ANY paper bills in the mail. I figure why wait until you recieve something THAT RIDICULOUS. Get over yourselves, get paperless and get on with your lives. Honestly, this has to be the most pointless article ever.

30.000 msgs? That's a message every minute. You should wait for replies in that minute. Maybe you'll notice that message saying "Please, no more, get a life"
By the way, get out from the house. You'll see something cool outside. They're called PEOPLE! You'll like them.

I thought I sent alot of texts, but 30,000??? Thats unbelievable. The higest number of texts I sent in 1 month was about 850, but I have unlimited texting for like 5 bucks a month also. If I didn't have unlimited texts, I wouldnt be texting at all.

And a 300 page bill?? If I owned a company and someone had a bill that was 300 pages long, I would call that person up and tell then to look your bill up online. Thats rediculous to waste that much paper...but you can always recycle the paper.

To clarify, the bill details free accesses, too. I got my bill and I'm not much of a phone freak, and it was 18 pages long. I noticed that the phone does something every 55 minutes (checking email?) and it gets logged in the bill. That generates a lot of pages of items with zero charges. (In fact, I didn't go over any of my minutes or messaging.) btw- I did log in and opt for paperless billing, which was quite simple. I encourage others to do the same.
