I'm sorry. That post makes absolutely no sense. Am I reading your post correctly? Are you trying to put Windows XP on a Commodore 64 computer?? :?:

 Okay, unless you know something that so many other people do not, you cannot install Windows XP on a Commodore 64 computer.

Click on this link to see the bare minimum specifications for Windows XP.

I am not sure as to what part of "you cannot install Windows XP on a Commodore 64" you don't understand. The minimum system requirements for Windows XP calls for a CD or DVD drive. Does a Commodore 64 come with a CD or DVD drive?

There are emulators for XP that will allow you to run your system as if you have a Commodore 64 but you cannot do it the other way around.

Here are the specifications for a Commodore 64. As you can see, your computer is in no way capable of running XP.

For a comparison, again, here are the specifications for Windows XP.

I didn't change your post. I changed the heading of the thread. No one had any idea what you wanted to know. Since you claim that you resolved your problem, it shouldn't matter now.

Your lucky chit most people get there posts edited and the spelling corrected ,( whether there english is good or not ) , i could however see what you wanted , so if i could i cant see why others cant , anyway chit someone is obviously tricking you , a commodore 64 is over 20 yrs old and will not under any circumstances run xp without a full rebuild , which would just leave you with the original casing and keyboard if your lucky
