Analysts Weigh Console Wars
In regards to Michael Pachter's comments, I own all three systems and out of the three my children play the hell out of the X- Box 360 and moderately play the Wii and hardly play the PS3, and these are kids that chose the PS2 over everything else until the 360 came out and actually play PS2 games more than PS3 games.
The PS3 problem is lack of compelling games. There are currently no games for the PS3 that you must play, and I have yet to use the Blueray movie playing feature since I, like most people, don't yet have a TV capable of displaying the higher image quality of Blueray over DVD.
Now I would bet if Sony came up with some good exclusive games to counter Microsoft's Halo and matched the 360's price then you would see alot more systems moving out the door.
