Well AMD i am running a AMD duelcore 1.6 GHZ on my laptop and i really though it will be good as with running games as the AMD's single cores were alot better running than Intel but i don't think that is the same with the duel cores. But i still love AMD i always have had one and i know my amd pc's. But i can't wait to get my hands on an intel quad core, that must be one fast pc!!!

VISTA and XP dam there has been alot of confusing things about these two, i though vista was the way to go as i bough it 6 months ago, and to my sad experience it was not, many programs, games and utilities never ran on it, and everything was slow with my games, but now it has been getting drivers, security updates, and utilities that can actually run on it i am happy with it, i love the lay out. I have to keep up to date with cmputers as that is what i want to be one day.
