Where is the user-friendly 'Print' function where I can print out the whole article or paste to a word document??

Thank You

Regarding "Here's a tip that will impress many seasoned Office users. In a Word document, type Sticky Quote and then press F3. Your text will disappear, replaced by a floating pink box that looks like a sticky note." Punching F3 on any of the Quick Parts keywords from within a document always leads to "the specified text is not a valid building block name" error. The quick part is available and works if you go through the entire Alt-N-Q-B etc. trail however.

Googling the issue only leads to a reference at http://wordtips.vitalnews.com/Pages/T1849_Getting_the_Proper_Type_of_Ellipses.html that states "The same caveat about typing the mnemonic and pressing F3 applies in Word 2007 as it did in earlier versions. To actually use the AutoText entry in a reasonable manner, you need to follow these steps....http://followed by steps to re-enact the click-by-click version of Alt-N-Q-B etc."

So what's the caveat? Or am I the only one experiencing this issue?

Much thanks.

Oh please, why use Micro$oft Office when you could just get Open Office for free?
