Dream PC

What would be your Dream PC configuration? . . .. when i was 12 - my dream PC's config was - Intel Pentium MMX 800Mhz , 32mb ram, 2.0GB Harddrive, 12x CD Rom, Creative PCI Sound card with Windows 95 and that was the Hottest thing !!!! :D

Of course that was years ago . . . . ;-)

So Tell me what would be your dream config as of today - 12/22/2007

CPU - Dual Core or Quad Core (AMD or Intel)

Ram - How many Gigs ( and by the way i'm just curious what's max you can go up to? )

Audio/Video Cards - Radeon or Nvidia

Harddrive - Gigabytes or Terabytes

OS - XP or Vista or some other

And all other add ons . . .

Thank you,

Shan

Re: Dream PC

My dream config would be,

CPU: ether a Penryn 3.0 GHz quad core or a pheanom 3.0 GHz quad core. Which ever turns out to be faster.

RAM: 4gigs. The most a 32 bit system can handle is 4 gigs, but if its a 64 bit it can handle as much as 8 gigs.

Video card: Nvidia 8900 2 gig SLI or higher.

HD: 2 terabyte 10000 rpm.

OS: Ether WinXP media center 2005 or WinXP home, duel booted with Xubuntu.

DVD drive: 20x light scribe.
