Help Removing Toolbars from Word - Permanently

I made the recent mistake of buying fileconvert 123 ( a way to translate pdf into word)

The software somehow has added 54 toolbars to Word - all the same toolbar. I have googled, uninstalled and reinstalled word, but can find no clue as to where this information is stored.

Any help would be appreciated SO much
