"For example, users will be able to scroll through large display screens in a real-estate agency, even though there could be glass window in between, Pears said."

Here in Helsinki I passed by a real-estate agency and they had a screen behind a window that I could control with my fingers. There I could search for flast and stuff...

What is wrong with fingers? Why would camera be any better for controlling a graphic application?

More vaporware? Sounds good...but most things do. To pull off a feat like this, the developers need skill - not luck. I hope they have plenty of the first one. I pass along the best of skill to this ambitious group.
