I must admit, the Upside-Down-Ternet is hilarious. I just encrypted my own wireless connection, and wish I had found this sooner. I may give it a try someday.

"Spoof you email address" probably won't work. Most, if not all ISPs use SMPT authentication these days to prevent spammers from spoofing email addresses and using the ISP's servers as open proxies. There are open proxies still available on the Internet, but not through legit ISPs.

RE: DidTheyReadIt. There is a freebee product available from Belshe Software to counteract this. Just Google NoSpyMail and install in Outlook. You'll now be able to read that email and say "what email?" when the sender asks.

Maybe I am getting to responsible as a middle-aged adult, but these "tricks" are entirely irresponsible, especially to have been published by a heretofore reputable entity. You are just feeding the fires of trouble immature people create on the Internet already. You should be ashamed.

Why use OpCrack for passwords when it's using brute force and if the password is even mediumly hard it won't get it in any short period of time.

You can get the Offline NT Password & Registry Editor and burn it's bootdisk to CD It lets you actually change the password instead of trying to break into it.

Re: 12 Sly Web Tricks That Put You in Control
Techman247, a lot of anti virus programs are going to get false positives for a program like Ohpcrack. It does not have a virus in it. I have downloaded it with NOD32, AVG, McAfee and Norton without a positive, but I have gotten a positive with Avast before. They tend to give a lot of false positives.

Re: 12 Sly Web Tricks That Put You in Control

The self deleting email is kind of cool. Courious if that sly dial works in Canada.

The rest is a lot of moot. Good read tho :)
